I really enjoy Bootcamp because every session is different and you never know what you are getting yourself into. Vicky sets a new challenge every week and pushes you to achieve more.

 

I love that everyone can take part and you get such an amazing mixture of people at each session. It's flexible so you can either give it everything you have or build yourself up slowly over time. If there is an exercise you find yourself struggling with, due to injury, Vicky will always show you an alternative and if it's too easy she will make it harder!

 

Bootcamp complements my running and has helped me get stronger and faster with less injuries.

I asked Vicky to come to my house for a free consultation to discuss my individual health and fitness aims, she helped me look at my personal nutrition and fitness goals and any barriers that were holding back my progress.

 

She looked at my home gym equipment and devised a personal fitness plan just for me, suiting my lifestyle and commitments. Vicky returned a few days later to run through my new programme and she had also supplied a weekly/monthly exercise schedule. She took me through my home gym workout step by step, making sure I understood it each exercise.

 

I found Vicky to be helpful, friendly and she made me feel comfortable and relaxed as we talked through my long/short term goals. I now feel I can reach my nutrition & fitness goals within an achievable time with Vicky’s help and look forward to working with her again in the future.
